“Perfectly quiet and peaceful, just what I needed.”

“It was a great cabin for a family with lots of space for everyone. Not shorefront but we could see the ocean through the trees from the deck. Nice and close to town. The driveway was a bit challenging as there's not a lot of room to maneuver and it was a rainy week so quite mucky.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage overlooking the ocean. All the amenities were lovely especially the fireplace and hot tub. Oh and the fresh eggs too! The hosts were helpful without compromising privacy and just really nice people. The location was perfect and easy to get to and from. We loved every minute here and we can’t wait to go back!! ”

“We've stayed at this great cabin 3 times thus far, and hope to return again sometime. The location is a wonderful base of operations from which to explore the many fabulous hiking trails nearby. The cabin is spacious and very well appointed. We loved the outdoor hot tub, even in the rain, and the very efficient wood stove inside added to the ambience. ”

“I loved the solitude of this property and the proximity to the beach. I would definately stay again for a shorter period. The lack of cell service and a strong internet connection was a problem for us. I appreciated the bbq, fire pit and comfort of the beds. I did really miss having a tub though. A hot tub would be a great addition. Pretty far from town but doable if you are there for peace and quiet and not concerned with proximity to amenities or work from home. “Spent our first night and husband and wife. Was nice to get away from the city without having to drive too much. No frills basic stay. No light pollution on the night of Perseids meteor shower made for some romantic star gazing. Mongolian yurts were interesting to see! Thanks for a nice stay!”

“Lovely property. Really liked all the different outdoor seating spots and the lake was nice to swim in. Screens for all the windows were broken so we had a crazy amount of bugs the first night. Other than that, great stay”
