“Perfect for our small family wedding! ”

“Gorgeous & Quiet river! Lots of fish (daughter was happy to catch walleye, rock, small & large mouth bass). Worms worked best but lures worked too. Loved the canoes & swimming right off of dock. Host went above and beyond by leaving a smore’s kit and firewood. Communication and ease was excellent. Neighbours are close but tree covered and didn’t hear them at all. The room was quite small & bathroom was through the bedroom- that was only slight inconvenience as we brought a toddler cot for the……

“The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would……

“This property has everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable for my husband and I, our adult daughter, our teenage son and his friends. Right on the lake, we swam, canoed, used the kayaks, fished and sat around the fire almost every night. It’s also a bonus that it’s pet-friendly!!! Our pup LOVED it! The nights were so quiet and the stars were amazing too! Perfect week away from the noise of the GTA. ”

“The house was really clean and th bedding was so nice , However , Since they used the well water , It was smelling really bad , u couldn't shower or wash any thing with that water , You have to go grap the water from the nearest municipal tap near by . the host is really nice and responsive ”
