“This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. “We had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and the hosts even provided some water and snacks. Basically any amenity you could need is likely already there- an iron, extra towels/blankets, cleaning supplies, coffee and tea.As others mentioned, take note of the narrower stairs and sloped ceiling. Something I didn't see mentioned in other reviews was that there is a club somewhere nearby, I think across from the Exxon on Spring St? It's listed as a billiards place on Google……
