“The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. “Very cute place to stay. There were several issues that came with staying in an older place but we dealt with it since our stay was short. The location was absolutely perfect! The hosts were fantastic. One thing I would like to say is that the ceiling is very low so if you are tall, you will have to crouch while walking around. But since we spent most of our time out sightseeing, it wasn't a big deal. We loved how charming this place was. Also a big plus was having a parking space right in……

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"
