“We loved this property, but the check-in was enormously complex and time-consuming. The instructions emailed to us were only in Italian and involved getting through four doors. Our Italian is only rudimentary so we had to do a bit of guesswork. Also be aware your access hinges on having high-speed data plan on your phone, and our coverage was spotty at best.
