“You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy.……

“The house was very charming! Highlights were the hardwood floors, tasteful decor, cleanliness, and friendly welcome! The property has been well maintained, with very clean and updated bathrooms, comfortable beds upstairs, and spacious kitchen, dining, and family/living areas downstairs. We played games and watched a couple movies during our stay, and walked the short distance to enjoy the downtown square to shop, dine, and browse the farmers market. And that was all before the Saturday evening……

The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. Towels weren’t placed in the bathrooms or bedrooms—we had to search the basement laundry room to find them. There also seemed to be no pest control done at all, as we encountered……

“Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game,……
