“We stayed here for our daughter's softball tournament and were not disappointed at all. It was super easy with the keyless entry. We had no trouble with getting close parking. The place was spotless and super cute and homey. This was the first time we've stayed in an air bnb and we'll probaly never stay in a hotel again. It was a little slice of home away from home. “Tim is the most timely and communicative host with whom I have ever worked. We loved the immense character of this property and the recommendations that came ith it!”

“Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication.”

“Host communicated very well and was pleased with the ice cream we found when we arrived!”

“The check in was simple, the unit was has advertised and no trains came through in the middle of the night. You do get a low rumble from the concert venue next door but it was done by 10:00. Unit was clean, well-stocked and in great shape. The balcony was an absolute GEM overlooking the Mississippi! Check out instructions were, close the door and leave. Thanks Tim! ”

“Property manager was not prepared and I had to remind them to send me property details. The lock did not work for the 14 days. If there’s people staying above, good luck with piece of mind because it sounds like rolling thunder anytime they walk anywhere.”

“This apartment had everything we needed! 2 bedroom with a huge tv and king bed in one of them too! a nice size living room with Rokus on all 3 tvs. The kitchen also supplied us with everything we needed for 6 days. I would definitely recommend this affordable,clean, roomy home away from home if you need to stay in the area. We were also one minute away from the mississippi river too.”
