“Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication.”

“I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since……

“This apartment had everything we needed! 2 bedroom with a huge tv and king bed in one of them too! a nice size living room with Rokus on all 3 tvs. The kitchen also supplied us with everything we needed for 6 days. I would definitely recommend this affordable,clean, roomy home away from home if you need to stay in the area. We were also one minute away from the mississippi river too.”
