The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you!”

“The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire……

“Golf package was not as good as it should have been ”

“Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Stacy and Ernesto’s place in the Old Port of Portland. The apartment is stunning, decorated with an artistic eye and super comfortable. They took into consideration everything a guest might want, including comfortable mattresses, with soft pillows and bedding, and cozy throws for the couch, a kitchen outfitted nicely for anyone who likes to cook, including a coffee bean grinder and electric tea kettle, games and jigsaw puzzles, and even a starter set of……

“My friends and I can honestly not speak more highly of our stay in Portland! The location is right in the middle of the heart of Portland making shopping, dining, and night life at your fingertips and very walkable— no need for a rental car unless you are exploring beyond city limits. We have all stayed at a lot of hotels and other rentals and when we say this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed, we mean it. We felt so at home and every detail is extremely thought out. “Edith is an exceptional host! The condo is located right in the heart of old port. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings, large bedroom, open kitchen and living area. There are steps up to the condo without an elevator for those that have mobility issues. I would highly recommend 50 Exchange Street. ”
