“The location is a convenient drive to great restaurants and shopping in town and the airport. The was an amazing restaurant just down the road (less than a minute walk) as well. The personal pier was so relaxing with perfect sunset views. And we lovvvvvved the dogs. It was very hard leaving! We would 100% book here again! ”

“We were there for a family vacation. The location is perfect. A quick walk across the street to the beach and a short drive to all the activities we went on. The beach was not crowded like it was at Palm Beach where all the high rises are. And the condo even had beach chairs so we didn’t need to rent any. The unit was perfect. “We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment wasn't much, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The AC was perfect, the shower pressure was awesome, and the bed was comfy. There were plenty of hooks for swim things & towels, which was great. It had a microwave & fridge/freezer and parking just behind the apartments with a code lock to get into the complex, so it was very safe. He provided shower towels & beach towels, and replaced them our 3rd day in. There is also laundry……

“This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. ”
