“The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. ”

“unforgettable stay in this hotel which has a wonderful restaurent and bar . but only inconvenience is a little bite noisy in the mid-night up to 3 even 4 o'clock from the bar.”

“I intentionally booked a beautiful room with a bath tub for the end of our trip to Europe. The day we were arriving, they switched our hotel and said they were “upgrading us” This wasn’t true. We went from a honeymoon suite with a beautiful design and bath with a full bed to a room that was very average with a “mop it yourself” shower and 2 twin beds. No one was there to speak with. No one checked us in or out. Felt cheap. Looked online and the rates for the room we ended up with were much……
