“it was a great living experience .However , they did not return my deposite after a month.I have paid the deposite of 2 rooms which is about 197 euro , and i asked them when will i get my deposit back, the receptionist told me it will go back to my card after i check out which might probably take 2 days.Yet , i have not got my refund after a month and i have treid to email the hotel several times and no respond .I am really disappointed with it as the hotel is absolutely outstanding, but turns……

“A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking”

“The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. ”

“Good location around museum area. Poor sound proof and hotel management. Not worth for USD$300+ per night. Not expect 4~5 stars hotel but definitely not hostel quality. Understand its an old building, the soundproof between each floor might not be perfect. But actually, the sound is mostly come from the room between you. The thin compartment plywood cannot help, you can clearly hear people whisper and snoring next to your room. The night shift manager does not do their job well. People……
