“Excellent hotel and very close to museum's”

“We stayed over a weekend. There are lots of students in the area. Sunday morning there was refuse…Students? It happens. This was out of control of the Fritz. Everything else was top notch!”

“Good location around museum area. Poor sound proof and hotel management. Not worth for USD$300+ per night. Not expect 4~5 stars hotel but definitely not hostel quality. Understand its an old building, the soundproof between each floor might not be perfect. But actually, the sound is mostly come from the room between you. The thin compartment plywood cannot help, you can clearly hear people whisper and snoring next to your room. The night shift manager does not do their job well. People……

“We had a great stay! A little farther out from the centre of Amsterdam but still walkable. Lots of great dining options nearby. Close to all the museums! ”

“We stopped in Amsterdam for a few days out of a 5-week trip, and this was the best hotel we stayed in!! They are not kidding when they say they are full service. We had food and drinks available at all times. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.”

“這是一家在王子運河旁邊的5星級酒店，我和太太在運河景觀的房間四天三夜。 環境相當靜謐，但是去倒哪也都方便。服務親切，早餐很好吃，最後我都是一個肉桂捲加上一杯紅茶，完美至極。 整體評價我會給5顆星。 唯一要注意的是床墊下方的鐵架。我們的房間是30平方米，裡面的格局讓空間變得有些曲折，所以經過床時請務必小心，很容易被下方的鐵架刮傷，這三天我刮了三道傷痕，我踏太腳上也括了一到傷，所以在離開時也告訴了櫃檯希望他們更能注意。 除此以外，我們很滿意這個酒店。”

“We stayed at citadine chains before but this one is by far one of the best. The room is designed to accommodate the needs of a young family. Everything in the room was in good shape and order. A small improvement could be more towel racks inside the bathroom. But other than that I can't complain the free coffee bar with unlimited refill gets my day going. It was a bit hidden in the back of the touristic Amsterdam but at the same time, it was safe and a close walk to everything. The reception……

“Everything was perfect until I had the worst ever check out experience. I got back to the hotel at precisely 11:44am to check out. A cleaning lady caught me at the door and told me the check out time was 11am and they were looking for me. I had absolutely no idea. I apologize for times and immediately rushed back to take all my luggages out. The lady was nice & friendly, she told me I could have 5mins to get everything done. And then I waited for the reception staff for check out, who printed……

“it was a great living experience .However , they did not return my deposite after a month.I have paid the deposite of 2 rooms which is about 197 euro , and i asked them when will i get my deposit back, the receptionist told me it will go back to my card after i check out which might probably take 2 days.Yet , i have not got my refund after a month and i have treid to email the hotel several times and no respond .I am really disappointed with it as the hotel is absolutely outstanding, but turns……
