“員工親切但訓練不足，提出下載加入IHG會員後可以提早入住但加入之後卻告知搞錯了⋯ 另外房間及房間中間都有門，不知道是否因為此緣故導致隔音很差 地點不如敘述的這麼方便，附近的工程從去年到現在都還沒完成，很多路面泥濘及關閉。 總結如果只是為了停留一天趕隔日班機仍可以選擇。 ”

The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.”

“we thought the hotel has shuttle to airport. And found this is a big misunderstanding. This hotel is quite far from downtown. You need to have a car to drive to other place. The closest supermarket needs minutes driving. The good things are the room has small kitchen, and the bed room has a door to keep independent. ”

“Bij aankomst uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Kregen een upgrade qua kamer maar gaven toch de voorkeur aan een andere kamer. Werd zonder probleem gewisseld. Midden in de nacht ging het brandalarm af. Iedereen uit de kamers. Werden beneden opgevangen en kregen wat te drinken. Na thuiskomst een mail met het aanbod om een deel van de overnachting te vergoeden. Netjes!”

“ Vom Hotel aus war alles gut erreichbar mit dem Auto Ca. 30 Min nach Amsterdam, das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass Hotel hat, erster vor kurzen eröffnet darum war leider das Restaurant noch nicht eröffnet im Hotel selbst aber die Umgebung bietet Restaurant Möglichkeiten an zusätzlich kann man sich nach absprach auch essen liefern lassen”
