“They didn't change the bedsheet! When we arrived the room, we found out there were some makeup dirties (the girls make foundation and lip balm) on the bedsheet, we called the reception but been told that room service is closed. Second day, after the cleaning, we found the bedsheet was still the same one... But the reception is very friendly and made us feel great. Hope they will improve the cleaning.”

“Super clean and comfortable hotel. I’m very satisfied with the price I paid for what we got. The location is immediately adjacent to the train station so that made it so easy on us to drop off our bags and get around without needing anything but our own 2 legs. From the hotel, everything was walkable. We were also pleasantly surprised with the 11th floor bar and coffee shop next door. I saw both of the other 2 hotels we considered, and we kept talking about how we are so glad we went with this……
