“Great experience ”

“難忘的住宿經驗！從沒住過飯店人員水準這麼高的，從下車起門口的飯店人員就親切的打招呼幫忙提行李，辦理入住時櫃檯人員也是親切招呼解說，在這住了兩個晚上是我最難忘的飯店。 房間很新，不算大，天花板很高沒有壓迫感。 浴室 和廁所分開，寬廣舒適。 床頭設有Type-C的充電孔。飯店有個Lounge 有提供咖啡等給房客使用。 來阿姆斯特丹這幾天風大雨大，本來壞了好心情，最後兩個晚上可說是讓整趟旅行有個非常完美的結尾。 這家飯店的同仁親切感是前所未有的體驗，下次去阿姆斯特丹一定會再次入住。”

“located in the outskirts of Amsterdam, this was a hidden gem. The place is very quiet. our room was in the ground floor and outside our window we had a very natural pond where we saw ducks, herons etc the room and bathroom zere big. i really liked the interior design ”

“We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee. “The staff was very friendly and helpful! the room was just around the corner from the reception desk which was convenient. At times in the evening we could hear a bit of noise . The breakfast was very good! The only compliant is this hotel is on the Eastside which made our travels to the central area a long way (for us) to travel. One must walk a few blocks to get the tram and then travel about 20 to 30 minutes to get around where all the good restaurants are and cancel rides, museums. ……

“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. “1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。 ＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8.……

“The staffs who work in the front desk are very helpful, but housekeeping staffs definitely need more training! One day some one forgot the bathroom cleaner on the sink top; and the other day , no one wash the used wine glasses and water glasses! ”
