We found it clean, well stocked and very close to the Dinosaur National Monument. The ADA room was excellent for out 96 year old patriarch. The bedroom, bathroom and sidewalk to the clubhouse were well designed and very useful.”

“Spent 3 nights here. Was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a hard day of riding trails in the area. The rooms are nice and clean (each room has a unique theme.) Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles/ATV trailers. The price of the 8 rooms also included access to a huge clubhouse/full kitchen (we had 16 people sitting around 1 large table playing cards and still used less than1/4 of the available space in the club house.
