“reat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about th,e hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. “I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. ”
