“I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. ”

“Très agréablement surpris par le personnel toujours au service du client. Également très propre. Le seul bémol concernerait le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas le meilleur que j’ai pu prendre en Turquie. Également situé proche de la gare de bus et pas loin de l’aéroport. Je recommande. ”
