“Our family enjoyed this property before and after a memorial service. It was relaxing and quiet. Close to restaurants but tucked into a little quiet spot.”

“The house is huge, as advertised. Plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The hot tub was great. The lake was farther than it was advertised.Most of what we needed was stocked. Unfortunately the pool was still closed for the season. I had reached out 4 times before booking to ask about the pool, but didn't get a response. ”

“Beautiful historic preservation - elegantly decorated space and comfortable bed. Nice amenities.Walked to Hays House, Watts coffeeshop and Riverbank Brewery just around the corner. Great bookstore on the same corner and 56 Donuts a quick drive down the road. Gray starting point for the Flint Hills tour.”

“This home had plenty of room and was well appointed. There were 4 adults staying here with no issues on space or facilities. The home was decorated well also. It felt cozy and comfortable. The only negative thing i can say is we didnt know there was a tenant in the basement. That info would have been appreciated during the booking process.have been appreciated ”

“Wanda, was a great host, even before my check in, she reached out to let me know I could get into the house early, that made my day! We had everything we needed, we didn't run out of anything, towels. Supplies, they we're all on hand. We had 17 lady's, each and everyone of them raved about the house. We felt right at home, the view was awesome, quite neighborhood.....it was just what we needed thanks a 1000.”

“The grounds were very beautiful . It was a 5 minute drive to the stadium for the baseball games. The cottage was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. ”

“This is our second time to stay in Jason's properties. We drove through a hail storm and winds in a thunderstorm. Jason was quick to get the property cleaned up and comfortable. Always super responsive to any needs we have. Appreciate having a clean, comfy place. Well taken care of. Perfect to have our volunteer group over for a grilled burger after a day of hard work painting. Would recommend their properties. ”
