“We had a good time,great weather. The property details need updating. We had no idea that there were two beds in the basement until the septic alarm went off at 1:00 am and we had to go down there. We could have used more towels other than one per person for four days and only one hand towel. The cleaning lady could do a better job, it's not gross.But it could be cleaner. Nice location, beautiful view. Overall it was a nice place.”

“Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. We didn't swim that wasn't on our list to do but we did enjoy campfires and sunsets right on the beach. We saw eagles and pelicans and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the beach. “We loved staying at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the views, playing ladder ball, playing on the beach, and kayaking. In the evenings, we gathered as a family in the living room to watch movies together. The property is very conducive to spending time together. Nick was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. The location was perfect for us-not in the middle of a busy tourist town……

“We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Amenities were excellent. We were in town to visit Our Lady of Champion Shrine which was just a short drive away. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside in the comfortable chairs right by the water. I especially loved watching the pelicans. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners were attentive to our needs if necessary. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage and we will definitely revisit.”
