“Great value, rooms are nice enough and everything works. The only downside I experienced was that the front desk is frequently not staffed - I was delayed checking in, checking out, and trying to buy drinks in the lobby.”

“Everything was wonderful except our 2nd Dining experience at the Toasted Oak. We had a waitress that didn’t seem like she wanted to be our waitress. She came over with an indifference attitude. Gave me 1 cup of coffee and never checked if I needed a refill. Gave me a burnt English muffin. When the bill was due she decided to be polite then thinking I was going to give her an additional tip. I tipped her accordingly to her service. I did give a generous tip to the waitress that came over……

“I had an overall great stay. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. I was a little concerned before arriving because of reviews about door key issues, and I did experience that problem. My key only worked once, and I had to return to the desk three times. A manager came up, confirmed the lock needed to be changed, and they fixed it the same day, which I appreciated. Aside from that, the bed was decent and the property was well-kept. I would stay here again.”
