“Hampton Inn & Suites (Dallas - DeSoto) was a great place to stay for the cost. What really set it apart for me was the service; they had the crib I needed, they made sure I knew it would be there, they hooked us up when we broke a toothbrush, and every time we talked to someone at the desk they were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Nowadays service can be so hit or miss, and they knocked it out of the park. After we got home, my 4-year-old said that he wished we could have stayed there longer and……

“We participated in the Dallas Arboretum Artscape Art Show and this hotel was only about 10-15 minutes from there, so the location was great. Pros: The hotel looked fairly new, so it was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and there was a microwave & frig in the room that I didn't realize was available. No mention of it on their site. One of the bed side lights was not turning on, but they fixed the 2nd day. The shower faucet was perfectly located...not under the……

“Property was clean and well maintained. The front desk greeted us warmly and our room was ready, even with early check in. Being close to the highway didn't affect the stay as far as noise. Would stay here again. ”
