“We chose this property primarily for its location, as we attended a concert across the street at the Dillon Amphitheater (Alison Kraus and Union Station), and wanted to bike, hike, dine, and paddle all without ever having to get in our cars! It was perfect for this and we spent the majority of our time sitting on the deck looking over the reservior and the mountains. We could hear every, lovely note of the concert the next night from our patio too--free concert! It was peacful and quiet……

“Stayed here for a few nights for a ski trip! It’s not far from many resorts in the area which was really convenient. The bnb is in a small neighborhood with a narrow access road and a steep driveway so make sure your car is equipped especially in the winter time! We had a group of 11 and the place fit all of us, though probably would be more comfy with a smaller party. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, we ate breakfast and cooked dinner at the bnb. The host was also communicative during……

“The house was very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect for everyone. 20 min to ABasin and Copper Mtn. The whole place was clean and stocked with nice amenities. The beds slept good and the towels are hotel grade. Hot tub was clean and worked great with views too. We will definitely be back. ”
