“We were very happy with the place. It rained 4 out of the 5 days but can only blame mother nature for that. There was no canoe which we had counted on so we could go fishing. We fished off the pier but was not the same. It advertised as having kayaks and a canoe. That was our only disappointment.”

“This is a perfect little cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite part was sitting at the end of the dock in a lawn chair, sipping coffee and enjoying a pastry while taking in the peaceful views of the lake near the Yellow River. Will be back for another stay later on this year. ”

“We had plenty of room(s) for relaxing, visiting, game time and cooking/ eating. We never went out to eat because of our offsite family event in downtown Eau Claire, which was only 20 minutes away. We would stay there again. ”

The owners were incredibly nice and always available to help if needed — their hospitality made a big difference.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, which made meal times easy and enjoyable. One standout feature was the sleeping arrangement — this is probably the only cabin we’ve found that comfortably and truly sleeps 19 people, just as advertised.The open……

“Great house for a family stay. Close proximity to all amenities. Ample outdoor space with fire pit and well stocked firewood. Easy boat rental. Good communicators. Only negative was lack of access to laundry in house (there is a laundromat nearby but not super convenient when on vacation). Overall a positive experience! ”
