“We had a nice stay at this house. Check-in was easy with a passcode on the door, and check-out was a breeze as well. We enjoyed the hot tub amenity the house offered. We did have some kitchen utensils that were not the cleanest and one bathroom shower had a washcloth in the shower prior to our arrival. Overall we had a nice stay, but I would give this a 5 star review if those two issues were addressed. ”

“This was a fine property but important touches of hospitality and communication were missing. To not have a single trashcan liner in the kitchen or a single dish towel was awkward and could be so easy for you to provide. Instructions for the hot tub would have allowed us to use it on our first day. The promise of fresh towels was nice but they were not available. I would have liked to have known laundry was in a different property before booking. ”

“Enjoyed my stay with my 10 yr old for a weekend visit to NRG. The location could not be more perfect with regards to proximity to local eateries and New River Gorge NP. You are literally on the Main Street so some funny confusion with passersby thinking it’s a shop- so keep screen door latched and blinds shut for privacy. Easy walk to coffee shop and various restaurants. Never moved our car when enjoying the town. Will definitely be back!”

“Came to WV to hike and explore New River Gorge National Park and stayed here when we weren’t hiking. It truly was a lovely home and very relaxing! The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

“First, the home was amazing and the outside stunning!! The property owner went over and beyond! Communication was great and they supplied more than we needed. I couldn’t think of one thing other than clothes you would’ve needed. That says a lot with how I pack. I would definitely come back!!”

“We were very happy with this rental property. It was beautiful and right on the river. The atmosphere outside was so peaceful. The inside was perfect for what we needed. There were so many extra amenities that made it even more inviting. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and very pleasant to talk with. We felt safe and at home. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.”
