“My brother & I came to Boston for a conference we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heart of Southie. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for us to have our own space. Host was very responsive and helpful before, during and even after our stay. We will definitely stay here again when work brings us back to Boston!. ”

“Everything was very nice. Suggestions: You need some standing floor lamps in the living room. All those ceiling lights are cold and harsh.Also single lamp in LR and bedroom was really harsh. My sisters put a paper bag over them to soften the light.I would definitely have guests stay there again. Thanks.”

“I came into town for a convention I was working at, and couldn't be happier with the Boiler Room. It was a short drive to the convention center and a lovely place to relax after my long days. ”

“This was the first of 2 stays over a 3 week holiday. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and well fitted out. Eddie was always prompt and helpful with the couple of queries we had. No complaints at all. ”

“We stayed in Plymouth with our 19 year old grandson for Thanksgiving weekend (4 nights) and really enjoyed this condo, we would stay here again. The location is fantastic, you can walk to so many restaurants, pubs and attractions. The beds and furniture were all in good condition and very comfortable. We had a couple issues but the host responded right away & got things fixed for us. A few items to note, you do have to walk up stairs to get to the condo, a bit of a challenge with our luggage……

“Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location……

“First of all, the location was great. It was close to the T station where we could access the subway or the bus. It was close to a park that was on the waterfront so we could stroll around there. We had easy access to some restaurants and stores for drinks and snacks.It was a quick walk over to the tea station and a quick ride to Boston Commons.The condo was great. We each had our own room and the beds were adjustable! The condo was clean and nicely refreshed! The icemaker worked well, there was……

“I stayed with friends to visit the JFK library an other points of interest. The location was perfect for the library. The subway line is close by so one can use that to go into the city. Nice restaurants and food markets are close by. Parking is difficult but doable.apartment has everything one needs yo stay. ”

“Logement très propre avec commodités complètes. Locateur facile à joindre. Très bien pour le prix. Pas d'épicerie proche. Être blanc nous identifiait automatiquement comme étranger (Inconfortable).”

“It was a good location for doing things south of Boston. Didn't know there was so many level steps up and down inside the house. Very minimal and basic. Need some cosmetic work. Over all good.”

“Sonny's property was perfect for our trip. The home was as clean as could be, had everything you could need for a four day trip, and the neighborhood (and surrounding area) are beautiful. Not to mention, Sonny was a great host, with clear instructions and great communication. Would definitely stay here again!”

Muny was super helpful with directions, restaurants and public transportation. She always responded promptly and was happy to be of assistance. ”
