“The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. We loved the secure basement parking, quiet complex, clean and fast lifts. There's a large shopping centre across the road. Only notes to make - the washing machine had a musty smell, there were only highly-perfumed laundry sheets for washing (so we bought our own) and there were no pegs (but we had brought……

“The property was in the perfect place for Floriade and the major attractions. Floriade was 200m away and shops within easy walking distance. We also walked from there to the parliamentary district and the War Memorial. Property was as advertised. Only issue was some noise from building works next door. ”

“I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this was by far the most unhygienic and poorly maintained property I’ve ever encountered. The level of filth was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that proper cleaning is not a priority for the owner. The bathroom was a disaster – mould in the shower, grime everywhere, and worst of all, poo stains left in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting.
