“The house sits on the main road and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops on downtown Geneva. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook and grill basic meals. Giant Eagle is 0.4 miles down the street—very convenient. We enjoyed the winery across the street. Short drive to GOTL. Great house and FANTASTIC hosts.”

“The Gull Cottage property is on a road of very beautiful and well kept year-round homes on the shore of Lake Erie. The home has a nautical theme with updated furnishings in an older home that has been beautifully maintained. It is easy to stay in and adapt to the amenities the home has to offer. The back yard offers stunning views on a shoreline that cuts from the northeast on the right to the south west on the left. The sunsets over the water are as beautiful as I have seen. I have many family……

“My family had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland home, which was conveniently located in a beautiful area just outside of the city. The house was lovely and outfitted with everything we needed. The living areas were bright and spacious, and everyone enjoyed the indoor pool with the big-screen television! Host communication was exceptional. “From booking to checkout, the host was extremely accommodating. The location was right along a little loop of the Grand River wineries, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. The house was cozy enough for the two of us (and our doggy) to relax by the fireplace in the evening and enjoy a coffee on the deck in the morning, yet had more than enough space that we would like to come back with friends in the future! ”
