“Quite average. Quite a walk to get to my room. Room was clean, but average. Nice view of the beach. Restaurant okay.”

“Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to……

“It seems the hotel is short staffed. Many times, if you need assistance from the front desk, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get help. Our phone in the room was not working (we can answer but can't call out) and the support staff will come the next day to fix it (by then, we have checked out).”

“我已付款，但差點再被旅館多收一次住宿費，因為他們不清楚我是否有付款過，我不知道這是旅館還是網路訂房平台的問題，希望能改善。”

“酒店環境非常好，晚上可看到銀河，但可惜我的逗留時間太短。職員有禮貌及盡責。餐廳質素也不錯。很適合要一早到Maria Island遊玩的旅客居住。”
