“Very modern and lots of space. We were a bit confused on how to set up the sofa bed but that was purely user error lol. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there were no blinds on the patio door, especially since we were on the first floor. We ended up using a blanket to cover it up :)”

“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of……

And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. ”

Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. “We visited Richmond to attend a wedding on Monument Ave, and this place was perfectly located in the Fan, well priced, and had bright, attractive common areas (living room, kitchen). It worked well for my wife and me and our teenage child who was traveling with us. The bathroom could use updating and there were some minor maintenance issues (no clothes rod in the master closet, closet door that wouldn't stay on the track in the second bedroom, etc.), but those did not detract from the overall……
