“It’s a quiet, beautiful location. We basically had the place to ourselves until the wine tasting night. It’s close to Point Udall, which is a great place to watch the sunrise. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There were only two downsides. One, I booked a room for a family of five, so I assumed there would be a sofa/bed or just a sofa. I had to pay an additional $60 a night plus tax for a rollaway. Second, you really can’t go out into the water here. The beach goes straight to a dead……

“The property ground & atmosphere were great. The bar and restaurant were a nice touch and convenient. The Bungalow however was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were the worst we have ever encountered & the bed springs were excessively loud. Description of room showed night stands, listed a coffee pot, and other items. “This home on Spicewood Road was great! Beautiful views of the ocean and the marina. I never know if I should believe the sleeping arrangement listed on sites like VRBO but this house legitimately has 6 massive rooms with king beds and several pull out couches an awesome game room (air hockey, foosball, pinball, etc).
