“Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. ”

“Great place, great location! Easy, 10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. The bike path connects right to the back yard which was super convenient for me because I used it every day.”

“Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.”

“We loved our stay! We were right in the center of everything on the Cape! We loved being able to explore and have day trips to other towns. We were steps from the beach and had a gorgeous view! Steve was great to work with…we hope to come back someday!!!”

“Perfect getaway”

“We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!”

“Great vacation staying in Vineyard Haven. This was our first time to the island and we could not have selected a better place to stay. The house was clean and updated and within a short walk to the ferry and restaurants and shops of Vineyard Haven. There were four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, and an outdoor shower to make cleaning off sand a breeze. The landlord was very responsive and provided recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and activities to……

“We had a wonderful stay! This home was a perfect fit for our family with two young boys. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. While you really can't go wrong with how close any cottage in Maushop is to the beach, this one is basically knocking on the ocean’s door - which was a huge bonus for us. We appreciated how family-friendly and well-stocked everything was as well. We’d definitely love to return!”

“Maggie’s property is a real oasis! Perfect for one or two people but plenty of room to entertain 4 or 5 people for coffee, drinks, dinner. The decor is very tasteful and harmonious. This is my 5th year staying at this cottage with many more to come, I hope!”

“We were there for a BD/family reunion in mult places around the local area. We just used the place to sleep as we were visiting local area family members. Spent part of a day at the local beach, just a couple of min walk to the beach. Clean, very good comms with owner, beach cottage neighborhood, small but perfect for our needs. ”
