“The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was……

“I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol”

“The manager of the hotel was great! He was very accomendating, available, and super nice. The room was clean, everything worked, and had great internet access and hot water! It was conveniently located to the highway, stores, and many restaurants. Great value for your money. ”

“The only negative thing I could say is that our TV didn’t work but we didn’t really stay long enough to watch it. Just a quick overnight stay. Very clean and friendly service. Beds were really comfortable! ”
