“Easy check in and quiet”

“We are really happy with this hotel. We are currently homeless and have stayed at quite a few hotels. We werent happy with most of them, either because of the cost or there were less than friendly people just hanging around outside the room and around the hotel, a few had cockroaches and weren't very clean and some had employees that were not friendly at all. ESA: Dayton - South was clean, quiet and relaxing, had all the amenities we need and the employees were welcoming, nice and more than……

“Stayed here for a weekend trip. The rooms were very clean and even had makeup removal wipes and a treat was left in the room upon our arrival. They did run out of hand cloths so just make sure you grab everything you need once you arrive. But overall great stay and location. Breakfast was excellent, whenever it was low they immediately Breakfast was excellent; whenever it was low, they immediately replenished it. Even the pool was hot 🙌”

“Nice clean hotel. Room was exceptional: clean, looks newly renovated with laminate floors, always great bedding, lots of room with 2 beds and a sitting area with couch, ottoman, desk and chair. Would highly recommend!”

“This hotel was convenient for our needs. The breakfast each day was well prepared, better than most hotels at the same price point. The server was very helpful and attentive to the dining area. The suites were designed well, but it is time to maybe update the shower and toilet wall paper.”

This hotel gives me everything i could ask for - its clean, economical, safely located, and has a full sized fridge and large microwave so i can save money not having to go out to eat. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There's no frills or luxury but its always clean and functional for a great price.”
