“My family and I had a change in plans so were unable to stay at what I’m certain would have been a wonderful motel. Nonetheless the staff were so courteous, understanding and kind despite our frequently changing plans and other priorities in their own lives. I would stay there just on principle ! Next time. 11/10 for customer service going above and beyond.”
“We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.”
