“I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!”

“Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!”

“We loved our getaway in The Ridge Retreat! The home is beautiful and true to the pictures. We felt very comfortable with our family of 5 sharing the space along with our 2 dogs. The backyard was perfect for playing cornhole and letting the dogs run around. We also loved being close to some great restaurants and only a short drive from the Cincinnati Zoo and Kings Island. “We had family come visit. There wasn’t enough room at our house for everyone. This was so much nicer than them staying in a hotel. Great very comfortable house. Owner was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for their stay. We will book here again when we need. ”

“Listing pictures were accurate but the house is oddly laid out, feels dated and there was water under one carpets in one of the downstairs rooms. Based on this, think the house was overpriced. ”

“Robert and Nisa are some of the best property managers we’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is top notch. This unit is so clean, so cute, and perfect for what our family of 4 needed. We were in town over the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This unit is steps away from the facility. Took maybe 3mins to walk there as there’s a gate across the street from the house. Saved us from having to pay for parking each day. And it was nice to be able to come back and……

“Host canceled our booking 1 day before trip. The owner decided to work on floors and cancel our reservation even though it had a 3 day stretch not booked the next week. Never book here!! It caused us to desperately seek out hotel rooms at premium last minute prices. *As soon as owner canceled it was on another site as available but was assured by management comsny it was not available.”
