“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”

“My boyfriend and I are from RI and wanted to just get away for a couple of days. This was a great stay for a great price! The bedroom was large with an extremely comfy bed, the deck was a great place to hang out with beautiful sunsets each night, the hot tub was super relaxing, and the baked bread was heavenly! Cindy was so nice and accommodating, definitely would stay again :)”
