“Vicky and her family were wonderful hosts for our group for the weekend. The apartment is attached to the home but still plenty of privacy. Vicky and her son were both very quick to respond to questions and had all the amenities we were looking for including washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave and bathroom toiletries and towels. Great neighbourhood in Vaughan - walking distance from Canada's Wonderland. ”

“The boathouse was awesome! The view of Lake Simcoe is unbeatable and the sunset was amazing. The water was warm but bring water shoes if you wish to swim near the dock. The host provides lots of water toys to make the lake enjoyable. We will look to return here next season for sure! Thank you John for a great getaway.”

“The owner had removed the property and we apparently booked with some kind of zombie account. VRBO had not validated the listing but kept communicating everything was good to go. VRBO did book our party of nine hotel rooms. These were over a half hour from the property and no where near the beach. We had no facility to prepare the food we had brought and were forced to eat at restaurants the whole weekend. VRBO did ensure the accomodation was financially neutral, but it was still, overall, a……
