Located within walking distance of downtown Chatham, and the local park, which just so happened to be hosting an art festival while we were there. The park also includes the Chatham windmill, which was having live demonstrations of the mill producing cornmeal while we were there.”

“The house is very nice, the deck is spacious, the yard is extensive. The furnishings are attractive. The listing indicates the presence of a laundry, but that does not exist. I suspect it may be VRBO listing that and the host not noticing. The WiFi was out, but a strong 5G phone signal worked for me.”
