“Wonderful place to stay in central Crewkerne. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as pictured. The room was so unique! Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night but we had our window open. Highly recommend!”

“What a lovely place! The room was surprisingly large with a more than spacious bathroom and both really clean. The adjoining pub/ restaurant had a really good atmosphere with a good range of beers. Staff were really nice friendly willing to help out wherever they can. I strongly recommend booking a table as from what I could see the place is very popular and you do t want to miss out on trying the food! ”

“This was the first time i have stayed at an apartment as normal use hotels, but this maybe the way forward for me as a frequent traveler. It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning. Will 100% rebook when I'm back in the Yeovil area ”

“From start to finish. Are welcome was warm and very friendly, the evening meal was very good. Breakfast was lovely, bedroom was clean small and comfortable with tea and coffee etc. would book again.”

“Really great room for the price, with soft and harder chairs and a good sized desk for working; Bathroom was well appointed with large walk in shower cubicle and plenty of towels on a heated rail; Tea / coffee, etc, supplied on a tray and a small fridge provided for personal use with 'top up' supplies provisioned in a cupboard on the landing; Room was very quiet regarding adjacent rooms but some road noise, etc, apparent for road-facing rooms; Car parking for approx 6 vehicles in a private……

“An excellent hotel for a one night stay The restaurant was good but breakfast understandably wasn’t available at 7.00am on a Sunday (I could have had cereal and toast) . This didn’t impact on giving an exellent rating ”

“Lovely to see a proper village pub so busy on a couple of weekday nights in Mid-January. And quite rightly so - friendly staff, friendly locals and friendly guests. Breakfasts were great, dinners delicious and very reasonably priced (wife said the Rib-eye steak was the best 'pub steak' shed ever had and my chicken goujons were fantastic. ”

“Excellent stay. Really friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was great (poached eggs the best I've ever had). Really helpful with ideas of where to visit, what to see and where to eat. Couple of great recommendations for food. Location is right in the heart of this small town and with pubs and restaurants within a short stroll. Electric charging onsite is a bonus!! Highly recommended”
