“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry”
This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
“The room was perfect for the purpose of my visit. The staff were pleasant and present at all times. The atmosphere was good and the interactions with other persons at the hotel was upbeat and pleasant. I will revisit, and share about my experience with others. ”
“The stay was great from check-in to checkout. Did NOT love that the elevator was out & we were on 2nd floor. Things happen. Besides that, a few minor maintenance things was the only thing needed. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean.”
“It was nice having an actual key for the door not a key card I like the mechanical locks better, the room was spacious the shower was decently roomy and the bed was comfortable the only downside of the bed was the frame was kinda noisy when one person would get off but other than that it was very nice and put together”
