“Spacious, clean rooms. Quiet but very convenient location with lovely landscaping and ample parking to an excellent and well-kept laundromat, cafes/restaurants, and near the trendy waterfront area. Would stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away.”

“The house looks brand new, comfortable and cool. The AC was loud but this should be easy to manage by running it through day and I don't think it's hardly needed at night.It is near East Sherman and many fantastic spots. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to downtown and the lake each day. ”

“My family loves to visit Silverwood every year in the summer and we have found that staying in a house is a lot easier than renting multiple hotel rooms. The house is older, but cute in its decor. It’s clean and well furnished with all kitchen necessities. The neighborhood was quiet, and very close to shopping and amenities. Some things of note, if you have any mobility issues the stairs to the two bedrooms in the basement can be tricky to navigate as they are tall and narrow. There is……
