“Clean, quiet and a perfect spot to call home with my husband and our teenaged son for a long lacrosse weekend at Stony Brook. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to run around while remaining safe. Miller Place is a quaint town with nice local restaurants and an old fashioned ice cream shop just down the street. We would highly recommend! ”

“Lovely little cottage in a summer community. This house is cozy and newly renovated. 2 wide screen TVs. New kitchen and bathrooms and nicely furnished rooms. Sleeps 3. Has a lovely deck. Rustic walk to the beach. We really liked it!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. ”

“My colleague and I stayed for 3 nights, Mon to Wed in late Jine. The place is renovated, modern, very clean ascetics and well appointed for a vacation rental. We atayed inside becaise of hot weatheer but wish we cluls have used thw outdoor areas. Theres a short cut to the beach and it took us about 8 minutes to get down, and the private beach was gorgeous, amd not nearly as far as people say, and the stairs were nor problem for us at all. It was perfect, with calm waters and clear. We would……

“we had a great stay at this property. the house was perfect. great value for the price. it is new and modern and extremely clean. the area itself was also nice. on a dead end street so nice and secluded. the host also included many amenities for guests to use which was a plus. would definitely stay here again. ”
