“The landlord was great with answering questions and providing information. He even offered me an extra night with good rates. The shower heads and vents were a bit dusty and dirtier than I typically expect as well as no wash towel or sheet maintenance and with kids, I believe having that service and or washer and dryer in the unit is a must. Front desk service was impeccable, and the entire staff - from bell service to security to valet - was helpful and courteous. The pool and hot tub were great.
