“Property is situated in the grounds of Spital House and it very quiet. Cottage is very spacious and was very clean and is well stocked with essential equipment. Liked the small welcome pack also the pint of milk in the fridge. The stables are directly behind the property and the horses where in the field every day. Found it difficult to find as directions from the post code take you to Paxton so better to set google maps for Spital House this takes you almost to the front door of the cottage.……

“This property was great: very clean,spacious, and had everything we needed for a nice stay.The roof top garden was also a bonus especially as the weather was hot.The village has a couple of places to eat plus a `chippie`.Parking was easy with plenty of choice.Would stay again.”

“Had an excellent 4 night stay here. Many national trust and heritage sites were a short drive away. Breakfast was lovely and very well organised every morning. Full English breakfast was delicious and served very quickly. We had a meal at the restaurant one evening and the burgers were really tasty too. The staff are all friendly and service is efficient. Considering the place is next to the A1 it wasn't that busy on the road and we couldn't hear the road noise from our room even with the window……
