“This is a lovely hotel with a friendly welcome. If you've been walking then you'll really appreciate the deep hot bath. There a nice bar with food service downstairs and breakfast was great. ”

“Light bright rooms, overlooking fields with castle & sea in the distance. Plenty of parking at front of building. Sraff extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice both cold & cooked. There is an onsite cafe adjouning hotel which was ideal. They served hot & cold dishes, variety of sandwiches, cakes, puds etc. It is open 24/7 & used by passersby on A1. Very central for trips to Bamburgh, Seahouses, Lindisfarne etc. We would definitely recommend & will be making a return jorney……

“Simple accommodation, which was good value. Very clean, had plumbing that worked fine though shower would be a little underpowered for rinsing long thick hair. Excellent location. ”

“Very comfortable stay at Nine King Street Seahouses. Clear instructions provided about parking and retrieving the key from the lock box. We appreciated the fridge in the room and the steamer instead of an iron. Would recommend for simple, comfortable accommodation in Seahouses.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely cottage. Had all we needed. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Fab location for supermarket, bakery, gift shops and loads of restaurants a few steps away.! Short drive to major sightseeing spots too We would definitely stay again and looking into when we can rebook. Ps. Also got to enjoy the outside seating area for a couple of days. A real sun trap ”

“Really nice stay and Mark was very friendly and helpful. He suggested places to go and breakfast provided was very tasty and to exact requirements. I would highly recommend as it is near the castle and other places to visit such as the beach and museum. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.”
