“Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. “So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Scotland. The room was far above our expectations. The bathroom has a roman tub, a shower, dual sinks. Water pressure was excellent. The bed had a very tall and stylish headboard. The closet was very deceiving. It revealed a huge room with a vanity and a mirror. The food was excellent. Despite the restaurant being so busy, the staff went out of their way to find us a table. The staff is the jewel crown. We will stay here the next time we are in town. ”
