“An amazing, quiet location , a beautiful old house with very good facilties. It made me and my 11 old son feel like in a fairytale, with a great contribution from the house dog and cat. Many thanks to David , for being a great host and for contributing to our rugby knowledge, that was amazing for a young boy that is discovering this beautiful sport , and enjoyed a very good game in the beautiful city of Edinburgh ”

“We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. ”

“I very much enjoyed staying here. The room was perfectly clean and neatly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept well. Warm welcome and excellent breakfast too. Would be very happy to stay again.”

“Mr. Tan the host was always helpful and he was willing to prepare the breakfast for me earlier than usual. The guest house, however, is a little bit far away from the centre with approximately 40min walk if you are not taking buses.”

“We had the most incredible stay at The Queen's View for so many reasons. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. Without needing to call, Catriona messaged us with directions helping us get around the traffic and saved an extended argument in the car! On arrival, we were greeted by Catriona and shown to our room (Superior Double Room w/ garden view), which was stunning and……

“Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. Great Scottish breakfast on request! Nicola is an excellent cook.”
