“The breakfasts are ordered to make. There are a wide varities of choices. The room fittings are true to picture. Even though it is a family room at the lower basement, the natural lighting and ventilation are acceptable.”

“It's a very nice hotel. It was cold in late November. The room was not heated, so it was very cold. But it has all the facilities. ”

“An overnight stop over before a meeting. The hotel is fairly old and looks a little tired but was comfortable enough for our overnight stay. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast excellent. Only downside is that parking was very restricted, we were fortunate to find a space outside.”

“The landlad, Linda was extremely helpful. She booked golf tee time for us at a nearby golf course. soffiicinet free car parks provided. Quite near to the city centre. free wifi od strong signal. A extremely warm and comfortable B&B. A bit expensive in the weekend but I think that is Edinburgh in weekend.”

“Excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and nice staff. Supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance. The guesthouse is a little bit far from the station, better take a bus, especially in cold winter or with heavy luggages. The bus stop is just at the front door of the guest house. A few minutes bus ride can bring you to the city center and the railway station.”
